Big Yoga Yoga

All of our classes at Big Yoga Yoga are appropriate for people with larger bodies.  Whether you want to start out with a Gentle Class, or jump right in to the moderate level Yin-Yang Class, instructor E.B. Ferdig will tailor postures to fit your needs, wants and goals. 

Some people find weight loss to be a benefit of practicing yoga.  While this may be the case, we take a different approach.  We like to emphasize the fact that we welcome you exactly as you are.  Whether your goals include weight loss, stress management, peace of mind or financing a trip around the world - yoga can help you reach those goals.

We use breath, movement, mindfulness and relaxation to help you connect with your best Self.  When connected to your best Self, we believe there is nothing you cannot accomplish.

E.B. also works with many clients individually, to reach their goals around physical and mental health.  She is a yoga therapist, certified in the Integrated Movement Therapy method.  She specializes in the areas of chronic pain and mood disorders.
